Wie im DECREE-Gesetz 17/2020 vom 29. Oktober über außerordentliche Maßnahmen im Tourismus zur Bewältigung der Auswirkungen der Gesundheits- und Wirtschaftskrise durch die durch COVID-19 verursachte Pandemie festgelegt, das im Amtsblatt der Kanarischen Inseln veröffentlicht wurde, Von 14.11.2020 treten folgende Maßnahmen in Kraft, um die geringe epidemiologische Inzidenz des Archipels zu erhalten und die Nachhaltigkeit der touristischen Aktivitäten zu gewährleisten:

Müssen alle Besucher über 6 Jahren, die nicht von den Kanarischen Inseln kommen, anhand einer Bescheinigung nachweisen, dass sie sich innnerhalb der letzten 72 Stunden einem von den Gesundheitsbehörden anerkannten diagnostischen Test auf Infektion mit COVID-19 unterzogen haben und dieser ein negatives Ergebnis erbracht hat.

Diese Bescheinigung ist für den Zugang zu dieser und allen anderen touristischen Unterkünften auf den Inseln erforderlich. Sie kann in digitaler oder in Papierform vorgelegt werden und muss das Datum und die Uhrzeit des Tests, die Identität der getesteten Person, das für die Überprüfung zuständige Labor, die Art des Tests sowie das negative Ergebnis enthalten.

Eine solche Bescheinigung wird nicht von Nicht-Residenten verlangt, die anhand ihrer Reisedokumente nachweisen, dass sie sich in den 15 Tagen vor dem Zugang zu dieser Touristenunterkunft auf dem Gebiet der Autonomen Gemeinschaft der Kanarischen Inseln aufgehalten haben und die angeben, dass sie während dieses Zeitraums keine auf COVID- 19 zurückzuführenden Symptome hatten.

Residenten der Kanarischen Inseln müssen ihren Status als solche akkreditieren und unter ihrer Verantwortung erklären, die Kanarischen Inseln innerhalb von 15 Tagen vor der Ankunft in der Einrichtung nicht verlassen zu haben und in dieser Zeit keine Symptome aufgewiesen zu haben, die auf COVID-19 zurückzuführen sind.

Dieser Beherbergungsbetrieb verweigert allen Personen den Zugang, welche die oben beschriebenen Bedingungen nicht erfüllen. Sollten Sie keine solche Bescheinigung haben und bereit sein, einen diagnostischen Test durchführen zu lassen, informieren wir Sie ausnahmsweise über das nächstgelegene, dafür autorisierte medizinische Zentrum und erlauben Ihnen, solange in der Einrichtung zu bleiben, bis das Ergebnis vorliegt. So lange dürfen Sie Ihre Unterkunft nicht verlassen.

Cancellation policy
With the intention of offering flexibility to our clients, reservations made on our website may be canceled or modified without any charge, as long as they are notified at least 48 hours before. Information on the COVID-19 prevention and action protocol
Apartamentos Celeste has been working towards the creation of a complete action protocol that will serve as a guide for our tourist complex in its reopening. We have especially focused on the work of each of our departments to offer the maximum guarantees of security to guests and employees. Reception, Apartments (cleaning), Merchandise Reception, SAT (Technical Services), Personnel Areas, among others, are the departments that from this moment will apply the new measures in their daily work to face the reopening in a global way, which fully serves the complex and its different areas.

This protocol has been carried out by the professionals of Apartamentos Celeste in collaboration with the company Previs, a consultancy firm specializing in advice, auditing and training in health and safety in the tourism industry, which has the ISO 9001 seal in Quality Management Systems, with the that offers concrete solutions for our complex and its different areas.

An essential part of this protocol will be the training of employees to ensure that everyone knows the information to know how to act in each of the tasks they face in their workplace. Monitoring of employees, verifying that they only go to work in optimal health conditions, will also be an essential part of the success of this plan, as well as that no employee belonging to a risk group faces delicate tasks, such as cleaning of elements or areas with suspected cases of COVID-19.

Measures at Reception
The protocol comprehensively details the new measures including:

Apartments and Cleaning

The use of proven efficacy viricidal products is introduced and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all personnel is added. In addition, the daily reinforcement of disinfection of elements of habitual manipulation like control of the television, telephone, handles, doors or curtains is imposed; while nebulization of the virucidal product is added to all surfaces in departure rooms, which will maintain the safety time recommended by the product manufacturer between cleaning and assignment to the new host.

A „disinfection team“ is also created that will be specialized in cleaning the apartments occupied by confirmed or suspected cases of coronavirus. In the event that potential patients cannot be transferred to a hospital, a specific area of ??the complex is reserved with strict allocation and occupation measures, as well as cleaning.

Pools and Technical Services
Sunbeds and umbrellas will be spaced in the pools. The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of swimming pool areas will be reinforced, and water disinfection products suitable for the current situation will be used; Individual protection measures are also taken care of with the use of masks and gloves by the staff.
